I am SO SO excited to share my Birchbox with you. Just an FYI, I signed up for a 2nd box (since I love Birchbox so much), so I will probably be doing two Birchbox reviews each month! A lot of people have complained about this month’s box, but I couldn’t be more thrilled. This is what I got:
Lip Fusion Balm Lip Conditioning Stick- Full Size
Value $22
I must say that this is the product that really made the box a hit for me. Not only is this product full size, I love that it came in a big, fat shiny tube that actually screws on and off. How ingenious is that? I won’t have to worry about the cap coming off in my purse (in which this will be a permanent staple). I have been receiving a lot of full size lip balms in my boxes lately, but I love that this one is applied like a lipstick versus a squeeze tube.
Arquiste Perfume Flor y Canto
Value $3.34
I am not a huge fan of perfume samples, but this one smells AMAZING!! I was less than enthused when I saw the price of a full bottle, though. At $165, I had better make this little sample last!
Caudalie Hand and Nail Cream
Value $3.80
Again, I am not big on lotions, but I love this sample for three reasons:
1. It smells heavenly
2. It is the perfect size for my purse
&
3. It does not leave a greasy feeling
Ojon Damage Reverse Restorative Conditioner
Value $2.94
I am in the process of growing my hair out, so conditioning is a critical step in my hair care routine. I have heard great things about this brand and if I love the way it conditions my hair, this will probably be an item I use my bonus points on.
Oh, and we can’t forget the “bonus item” for this month. Do you see that RED XOXO card in front of that HOT PINK envelope? Well, they go together and you can get a set of 12 of this lovely mismatched cards for only $10. :)

The Verdict: This box was certainly worth the money with a value of $32.91. I was lucky that I really enjoy the products. I know that these subscription services are really a gamble, but who can complain when you know what you are signing up for? It is not as though these companies are related to you and can hand pick items that all 10,000 customers can enjoy. Birchbox does a great job of offering a variety of samples so that you can almost always be happy with at least one thing from your box. Plus, with customer service and a bonus point system like theirs, Birchbox is a tough competitor who certainly has my vote… twice! ;)
